GFN wouldn’t even exist if I hadn’t walked into his realm that day back in 2012. A cosmic friend, mentor and the teacher! This Man made me question what the body was and what it could do if put in the right conditions. 12 years later and those thoughts of the right conditions have evolved into thoughts of the right frequency.

He would later also make me question my reality, how I saw myself, what my purpose was, and what I needed to do or become to achieve this purpose. These thoughts and these questions that resonated with inner self-reflection, would eventually lead to my self-imposed exile from everything and everyone I loved. This path that I had not seen anyone ever take before, started to manifest itself before me and I had to figure out how to walk it! And at the true beginning of this path was GFN. A purpose so spiritually heavy I could barely imagine how I was going to lift it, and keep it lifted in the high vibrational frequency it’s destined to not just live in but help create.

Only a Master could send a person on a inner journey such as the one I had to traverse. The body follows the mind…
