What hydration actually is, and what we’ve been told is another instance, in a long line of them, where purposeful mis-education of knowledge and an understanding of the Hue-man body, as well as dehydration, has us lost in yet another well designed maze!
Dehydration, not appropriately named, actually has nothing to do with the amount water fluid you lack in the body. Staying hydrated is not just a matter of simply drinking water regularly.
I used to think this as well until I started questioning how past generations interacted with water and where they got it from. I went from reverse osmosis, to bottled water from Fuji or any natural source(which was dope but all the plastic! Despite recycling, it still made me feel bad every time I bought a bottle. I couldn’t stop thinking about the Earth and all the plastic pollution!) and so I moved to alkaline water and back to reusable glass containers.
And then I found Coconuts!!!
Water that naturally interacts with the earth, specifically its minerals, contained what water running through man made pipes and pumped full of Fluoride and chlorine, lacked; Electrolytes!

It’s interesting that sports drinks got this right, but some how we only associated this type of dehydration with Athletes or anyone involved in fitness. The problem with sports drinks is of course all the not food added to them. But why add a middle man in the first place? Why not go directly to the source?
Your probably thinking about how ridiculous taking a trip to a natural water supply is right now, but the direct source I’m actually referring to is fruit!
Yes Fruit!
The juice that comes from fruit is water, and not only is it water, its structured water meaning its living or a better term would be electric. You know hence the term electrolytes.
Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge. Electrolytes affect how your body functions in many ways, including: The amount of water in your body. The acidity of your blood (pH) Your nerve and muscle functions.
The major electrolytes are: Sodium, Potassium, and Chloride.
But wait it gets better because what else does fruit give you?

Cucumbers!
This just might be the most hydrating fruit in America. Don’t believe me? Test it out, and see if your hydration levels change.
Just bang on cucumbers in any way you can through out the day, try to eat a whole one or even better two. Remember to remove the skin though, and this should go without saying make sure its organic or even better pesticide free.
Coconuts!
Coconut Water! The closest thing to suckling on the tits of Mother earth, Coconuts are a supreme source of hydration/H3O2!
I drink coconut water all day, I make my Fresh fruit smoothies with it, and my herbal medicine and CBD Hemp flower teas!
CBD tea made with Coconut water is a High Vibrational frequency everyone should experience at least once in life, in my firm yet extremely bias opinion.(And no I do not add fat to my flower teas! Come on guys!! Lets stop polluting TERRA’S and the CREATORS genius!)
It taste and feels fantastic and of course the effects change depending upon which strain of flower buds you use. I’m having a blast experimenting!
