Fitness is most certainly a very important part of Motion but in my mind motion actually covers so much more than exercise.

-Moving from eating things that are not foods towards everything that is

-Moving from Self-Hate towards Self-love

-Moving away from a assimilated culture towards OUR OWN(Get Out…I see you!!)

-Moving from a motionless existence to a motion-full one

-Moving from a LOW VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY towards the HIGHEST VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

-Moving towards and proudly into a much needed CULTURE SHIFT

-Moving towards the healing, revitalization, and protection of Earth

All [Progressive Types of Motion] and all equaling:

There have been so many but I'll just highlight two! Two very important moments that have fueled this Mass Awakening; Another very important Progressive Type of Motion!

Right when our communities were thriving, right when our frequency was starting to bang out,up and reconnect with the highest of high! Right when despite all the entity of destruction’s attempts to keep us in a low vibrational state was being to fail....

WHO/WHAT CREATED NEWTON? WHO/WHAT CREATED CREATION?

THE HIGH FREQUENCY EQUAL REACTION TO THE ENTITY OF DESTRUCTION GETTING FULL OF ITS SELF AND BELIEVING ITSELF TO BE NOT JUST A ABSOLUTE POWER BUT THE ABSOLUTE POWER, WAS AND IS THE STAR-SEEDS. CHILDREN OF THE STARS THAT CHOSE TO COME HERE ON THE HIGHEST OF HIGHS BEHALF AND CORRECT THE WRONG AND BALANCE THE UNBALANCED.

DELAYED BUT NOT STOPPED!!!

BEINGS SENT BY THE HIGHEST OF ENERGY, THE CREATORS OF CREATION ITSELF, DO NOT FAIL! THEY ONLY FACILITATE WAS HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.

THE MOMENT THEY ARE BORN HERE THE REALITY HAS SHIFTED!!

THE ENTITY OF DESTRUCTION THAT HAS DEEMED ITSELF OUR god AND DEMANDED OUR WORSHIP, TIME AND ERA IS OVER!!

SELF-DESTRUCTION?

DESTRUCTION OF SELF, EACH OTHER, THE ENVIRONMENT, THE OTHER LIVING ORGANISMS, AND THIS PLANET? WHAT HAPPENED TO NO FALSE IDOLS?

AND YET HUE-MANITY HAS TAKEN THE ENTITY OF DESTRUCTION AND ALL OF ITS LOW VIBRATIONAL ENERGY AS ITS god! AND THIS HAS INAPPROPRIATELY MANIFESTED INTO THE REALITY WE HAVE LIVED IN FOR FAR TOO LONG!!

IN-Slaved and IN-chained to our very own guts and lower inner vibrational desires, THAT BONDAGE HAS BEEN BROKEN ONCE MORE!!

AND FOR THE LAST TIME, IT WILL NOT HAVE TO EVER BE SAID AGAIN! THE HIGHEST OF HIGH, THE CREATORS OF CREATION HAS SPOKEN!

AND SHE SAID "LET MY PEOPLE GO!!!"

What once worked to keep us in a low vibrational state, what once needed to be addressed and RE-TUNED is no longer powerful enough. YOU SEE IT EVERYDAY!

Perhaps its a friend, perhaps it was a close family member. The clubbing, the drinking, the drugs, the out of control lustful tendencies and behaviors, the UN-food, THE NORMALIZED AND PROGRAMED BEHAVIORS MEANT TO KEEP US IN A LOW VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY ARE ALL OF SUDDEN STOPPED?!?

THEY DON'T EVEN SEEM LIKE THE SAME PERSON ANYMORE! ALL OF SUDDEN ALMOST WHAT SEEMS LIKE OVER NIGHT, THIS IS HEALTHY, THAT’S NOT HEALTHY, LETS NOT DO THAT ANYMORE, LETS NOT EAT THAT ANYMORE, LETS NOT TREAT OUR WOMEN OR MEN LIKE THAT ANYMORE, LETS NOT LIVE THIS AND/OR THAT WAY ANYMORE!!!

NO MORE!!

But why?

The pendulum has swung from the lower vibrational energy of the last era into the High Vibrational Energy of the New Era! Call it what you must, the Golden Age, or The Age of Aquarius, it doesn't matter, What does matter is we now exist and are living in the highest frequency of the the cosmic energy all existence was created from!

NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF US HAS THIS MANY AWAKENED AT THE SAME TIME!!

This High Frequency energy has made it possible to feel its love even amongst the lowest of Frequencies, even if only for a brief moment!

These brief moments are strong enough to cause an over night change simply because the High Vibrational energy of that love is strong enough to make a person fully aware of their Low Vibrational state.

These thoughts lead to questions and those questions, WHAT WAS THAT, WHERE DID IT COME FROM AND HOW DO I FEEL IT AGAIN ???? LEAD TO THE——> NO MORE!!

ITS IN YOU, IN US, EVERY ONE OF US, PUSHED DOWN AND HIDDEN UNDERNEATH THAT DESTRUCTIVE BONDAGE OF THE OLD ERA AND ITS LOW VIBRATIONAL ENERGY. ALL THE ANSWERS YOU EVER NEEDED ARE RIGHT IN SIDE OF YOU! YOU ARE THE ANSWER!! ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS THINK!!
