What hydration actually is, and what we’ve been told is another instance, in a long line of them, where purposeful mis-education of knowledge and an understanding of the Hue-man body, as well as dehydration, has us lost in yet another well designed maze!

Dehydration, not appropriately named, actually has nothing to do with the amount water fluid you lack in the body. Staying hydrated is not just a matter of simply drinking water regularly.

I used to think this as well until I started questioning how past generations interacted with water and where they got it from. I went from reverse osmosis, to bottled water from Fuji or any natural source(which was dope but all the plastic! Despite recycling, it still made me feel bad every time I bought a bottle. I couldn’t stop thinking about the Earth and all the plastic pollution!) and so I moved to alkaline water and back to reusable glass containers.

And then I found Coconuts!!!

Water that naturally interacts with the earth, specifically its minerals, contained what water running through man made pipes and pumped full of Fluoride and chlorine, lacked; Electrolytes!

It’s interesting that sports drinks got this right, but some how we only associated this type of dehydration with Athletes or anyone involved in fitness. The problem with sports drinks is of course all the not food added to them. But why add a middle man in the first place? Why not go directly to the source?

Your probably thinking about how ridiculous taking a trip to a natural water supply is right now, but the direct source I’m actually referring to is fruit!

The juice that comes from fruit is water, and not only is it water, its structured water meaning its living or a better term would be electric. You know hence the term electrolytes.

Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge. Electrolytes affect how your body functions in many ways, including: The amount of water in your body. The acidity of your blood (pH) Your nerve and muscle functions.

This just might be the most hydrating fruit in America. Don’t believe me? Test it out, and see if your hydration levels change.

Just bang on cucumbers in any way you can through out the day, try to eat a whole one or even better two. Remember to remove the skin though, and this should go without saying make sure its organic or even better pesticide free.

Coconuts!

Coconut Water! The closest thing to suckling on the tits of Mother earth, Coconuts are a supreme source of hydration/H3O2!

I drink coconut water all day, I make my Fresh WHOLE fruit juices|smoothies with it, and my herbal medicine and CBD Hemp flower teas!

CBD tea made with Coconut water is a High Vibrational frequency everyone should experience at least once in life, in my firm yet extremely bias opinion.(And no I do not add fat to my flower teas! Come on guys!! Lets stop polluting TERRA’S and the CREATORS genius!)

Watched a video of a guy discussing how he was inspired to train like Goku because of the Anime series. That’s really cool because Dragon Ball Z is where I get the idea of resistance training specifically weighted clothing. My (X)Armour wouldn't exist without the influence of Dragon Ball Z! Actually neither would GFN either! Goku always got stronger to protect his planet and everything on it! Much like Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Widget the World Watcher, and The Care Bears. The Power Rangers where the icing on the cake!!!

One could definitely argue I was programmed to protect the planet as a child. The cartoons back then hit different! I like to believe however, that it wasn’t programming but hints to remember who I am, why I chose to come here, what my purpose is and what the mission was! It worked!!

So I'm watching the video and he gets to the nutrition part...and this is where the horror story begins! It was down right terrifying what I witnessed next on full blast all over YouTube with over 150 thousands views, luckily only 10 likes, so at least 140 thousand people thought something was wrong with this message, but still 150 thousand plus people watching someone glorify eating animal organs is insane!!

The man opens the fridge size freezer and in it is nothing but frozen meats, meat parts/meat organs ground into a protein powder, ice cream made from that protein powder and actual regular unhealthy ice cream!!!!???

This is the nutrition segment of the video by the way..... I couldn't believe what I was watching and hearing. He goes on to say that he couldn't understand why any one wouldn't want ice cream made out of ground up animal organs but if you didn't want animal organs in your ice cream or your protein smoothie he proceeds to grab a bag of whey protein off the top of the freezer!!! My mind was blown!!!

These are the mind sets we are up against!!!

Whey protein is cow pus!!

Specifically the liquid that separates from the cow pus doing the production of cheese!!!!

And just so we’re clear, just to further prove the point, it wasn't until mainstream media got a hold of the rights to the Dragon Ball series that Goku's main diet changed to much more meat consumption.

Before that and if you go back to the original Dragon Ball series when Goku was growing up and doing the bulk of his training to even become the martial arts anime legend he is today!

The Truth within the Lie and the Word Alchemy of Protein:

I used to question, and wonder about why the focus is always on just finding a cure for cancer, and not prevention itself?

On this path to Self-love and Self-discovery I pieced together all the information directly or indirectly I came across along the way and realized that addressing the cause of cancer and the preventative measures necessary to eliminate it happening at all, requires the acknowledgement that we've been lied to repeatedly about Meat, dairy, salt, Sugar/Sugar cane,(just so its clear the sugar, what labels use to say, and sugar cane; what they use and say now are the same exact thing with just a fancy new label or I should say word added on to confuse people. Sugar was always sugar cane! Sugar cane isn't a new healthy product guys!) oils, and all those chemical additives in processed foods. It also requires acknowledging just how healthy Fruits really are, how many things are labeled as something else but are actually fruit, how healthy veggies are, and how protein isn't what you actually need from your food, but amino acids, which help the body create proteins.

The word alchemy of protein and how its been defined in order to deceive hue-mans into believing they need to eat meat to get it, is one of the most diabolical aspects of the food maze.

The Truth: The hue-man needs protein in order to not just function but thrive. The Body cannot and will not heal itself without Proteins.

The Lie: The hue-man body needs protein.

The Lie: Associating animal meat with the word protein can only be done by giving a incomplete explanation of what a protein is.

Yes animals have proteins, all living organisms do. But by the time we are done putting fire to meat in order to eat it, the amount of "proteins" left is next to none. Never mind the fact that most of the proteins were in the animals blood anyway. I don't see anybody running around here banging down raw animals blood? But if you do, you should probably start running as well!

So whats the complete explanation of a protein?

We need protein but we don't get it from other things. THE BODY MAKES IT!!!

The body makes them with the building blocks of proteins!

This reminds me of a cartoon I used to watch as a kid, it was called Adventures of the GummiBears.

The Gummi Bears owe their name to a magic potion named "Gummiberry Juice", which allows them to bounce like a rubber ball.

All nine essential amino acids are necessary for proper protein synthesis and bodily functions.

And here is were the masses have been lead astray, we are taught that proteins or those nine essential amino acids can only be found in Meat(Fish/Chicken/Pork/Beef),eggs,and Dairy. The TRUTH in the LIE!!!

Truth: Animals do indeed have all nine essential amino acids as all life does but we, us Hue-mans, can NOT obtain any of those nine essential amino acids by eating them;The Lie.

One, all nine of those amino acids are in the blood. Last time I checked there isn't any body walking around here slamming down raw animals blood.←yes I repeated this again!!

Two, Fire completely destroys any and all of the amino acids, meaning cooking the food before eating it leaves you with nothing but a dead piece of rotting flesh.

The rotten flesh causes all types of illnesses, sickness, diseases and viruses within the human body;the end results of this is cancer!

X-planation: Cancer/tumors is the bodies reaction to all the nasty consequences of putrefaction;a digestive process only carnivores are designed to handle. Our digestive system is designed for and goes through fermentation.

X-Question: What food sources from the planet go through fermentation?

We have been mislead to believe that none of the earths fruits and vegetables contain the nutrients necessary for the body to create protein(this is a very deceptive work)specifically, the nine essentials ones, at all. The Lie

Truth: Fruits have everything we need to not only survive but thrive and transcend. Complete homeostasis of the body is achieved from fruits, specifically Berries, Melons, and Mangoes.

Truth: Not only do fruits provide all nine essential amino acids, but also H3O2, or Living/structured water, the actual water our bodies cells need to hydrate and function.

Truth: The building blocks of life are Carbohydrates, and Amino acids. Fruits and veggies contain both of them.

Lie: Eating to much fruit and veggies means consuming too much sugar.

Truth: Fructose is one the most healthiest things you could ever put in your body when eaten from its natural source! FRUIT!!

X-planation: I couldn't find one, none, All these things together in their natural states and readily available for hue-man biosynthesis is only in the fruits!

X-planation: Nothing grinds my cosmic gears more than hearing that’s what the animals were put here for;for us to kill and eat them. So you telling me the creators went through the painstakingly long process of creation in order for the creations to be killed?

Imagine building something in your back yard that has 900 hundred nails, brackets, screws, bolts, washers, and pegs. Thousands of parts you painstakingly take the time to put together only to have someone walk into your backyard right as you finish and knock it down!!

Now imaging building that same something without instructions cause its the first time its ever been created, so you have to figure out how to put all those pieces together in a working order, just so it can be destroyed! Nonsense!

The Food Maze is Beyond Insidious

You thought that map they gave us was legit right? Because at the very front of the food Maze you get asked the first question that leads you down your first path. Three paths:

-Meat/Dairy-High in Proteins

-Fruit-High in Amino Acids

-Veggies-Medium in Amino Acids

The first question is:

Where do you get your protein from? Protein is important you need it to live.....

The map says protein sources for Hue-mans are fish, chicken, dairy, beef or pork. That’s what school taught us too, so this must be the correct answer and the best path......

is a Amino Acid even a protein?

How can you get protein from a fruit? That’s clearly a send off....This maze is trying to trick us..The first question seems like such an easy one? Plus they gave us a map with the answer on it......

How incredibly insidious of them!!

Right from the start I was meant to get lost in the food maze and never find my way out.

The next series of questions has you choose the Dairy path, then the refined sugar path..... then the oil path.... then the chicken abortion path.....

…doughnuts, ice cream, pizza, liquor, beer and the list goes on and on.

All of sudden you’re so far in the maze you don't know which way is which....Lost and the only way out is to get back to the start by traversing all the previous paths you took but the only way to traverse those paths is to have a understanding of the food you’re eating and knowledge of how the hue-man body works, so you understand how that food interacts with it. You were given all the answers....

But those were wrong and they were wrong on purpose!

To make matters worse the information they do teach about the Hue-man body is wrong too.

Lets further darken this horror story, now all those paths have bacterium and parasitic monsters, along with mutated bodily cells just waiting to eat you alive. You can't call for help because your immune system isn't functioning properly. or at least that’s what they told you....

Our own healing mechanisms have been demonized, and attacked in order to prevent us from healing so that we need those pills until we die. and to make it worse because are healing system is now shut down, the real issue, whatever that may be, is running rampant. The pills negative side effects, they usually have many, has now also caused another issue in the body which also requires a pill. All of sudden you have a medicine cabinet full bottles!

Medicine cabinets don't come optional in Apartments, condos, townhouses, or houses either, its a box your never have to check and a question you will never get asked. They automatically come in all of them! What an assumption that is!!

Oh but the horror story is just getting started because some where along the way a new part of the maze was created around 2012/2013, the Vegan and Vegetarianism "movements" were starting to gain momentum as the truth about meat and the fast food industry was being more accepted as being unhealthy parts of the American Diet.

Now Vegan and Vegetarians obviously existed before this time, well before in fact, but it was becoming mainstream and unfortunately commercialized. And those two things in this country usually add up to compromised.

The cannabis industry being the latest victim but will get to those thoughts in a later section of my mind. But at least a positive did come out of the Cannabis industry being compromised by greedy and opportunistic ( insert word for intentionally making people sick and chasing highs, instead of medicinal effects!), the 2018 farm bill might have been one of the greatest misdirection’s of the 2000's! I was thinking at some point in this amusement park ride of a movement "One would expect to see actual plants in the plant based foods? Hello, is this thing we call logic on?" and I imagined the entity in charge of this particular part of the maze staring at the inter-dimensional screen and saying "I really hate that Hue-man" in a lovingly sarcastic tone.
