I was sitting under a tree in my inner wilderness, admiring the inner beauty of my soul, lost in thought and solitude; wondering if I’d ever find what I was looking for. In the six years I’d been in inner and outer exile, I hadn’t come across a single other soul. All of sudden this cosmic being with unimaginably dense spiritual pressure walks up to me and extends his hand out:

“I need help spreading this message to our people, there’s not enough us doing this and our people need it!! It’s going to take all of us to shift this culture!”

And just like that it was there like I had never lost it or needed to find it in the first place! The path I’d once mistakenly thought I’d never find again was suddenly right in front of me. It was time to leave my inner-self, I’d learned what it really meant to love me and now I needed to tell everyone I could to love themselves too!! It was time for the Hue-man race to evolve!!!

We could have been born in anytime or place but if you are reading this, you, I, us, all of hue-manity in this here and now, exist during a moment that will be recorded in Cosmic history and never forgotten!

In this moment we all get to experience the physical and spiritual evolution of an entire race!!

Just think about that for a Second…

Never before has there been this many of us awakening at the same time and in the same moment!

Hope is often having faith something will happen when it needs too.

True hope though, is understanding that it has already happened, and the only thing required is figuring out how to get there.

Getting there only requires putting one foot out in front of the other as we walk towards this moment in Hue-man history arm and arm, extending out our hands along the way to any and everyone feeling lost, or unmotivated to press on. The path is not easy but it is one WE MUST ALL TAKE TOGETHER!!

It wasn’t like I hadn’t eaten raw foods before I came across Grand Master Latham but he inspired me to dive further into the incredibly powerful healing aspects of raw food in comparison to cooked food. Simply put, the more nutrients the better! Cooking food denatures it, killing and eliminating most of, if not all of, the nutrients.

Specifically the way we cook food in America often leaves it tasting good but nutrient deficient. This not only leaves our bodies nutrient deficient, but also puts food in it the body can’t do anything with, resulting in over fermentation(Increased mold or alcohol creation) or over putrefaction; the process needed to break down dead animal flesh inside the body. I won’t get into what putrefaction inside a hue-mans body causes here, but lets just say it’s not nothing nice, and that we are living in the consequences of putting the body through a process it was never designed to go through in the first place.

Just to be clear, I am not advocating a completely raw livit. Though 95% of what I eat is indeed raw fruit or veggies, I am incredibly addicted to steamed broccoli, and I love rice and sprouted lentils as well as stemmed sweet potatoes. But my staples are raw fruits(Mostly Fresh/Some dried), and nuts/seeds. It may seem boring but man does it feel great!! And I am in the firm opinion that there is nothing better than a fresh mango and coconut water smoothie.Now, I bet your wondering, like most do, if a mostly fruit livit is too much sugar? No! It’s not, and I’ll address the misconception of sugar from fruit in another thought. Until then just know, the body thrives on RAW fruit!
