The body and the earth, both one and the same, and both ignored to the point of self destruction. We have no problem polluting and pouring garbage into the human body resulting in a population of sick, diseased, and dying children. If the children are our future, we sure are not acting like it. They can only be as great as the generation that leads them. Those are the adults they learn from, and what has been TAUGHT is that food is for pleasure, the body is a toxic waste dump to be abused and mistreated, and that all the negative consequences of these behaviors are random, are punishments, and/or test from the invisible man in the sky; obesity, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes, just to name a few, ARE the top KILLERS in the United states year in and year out! No different then any of the things we take care of; houses, cars, bikes, phones, TV sets, computers, buildings, the human body will break down and not run properly or at all when its not properly taking care of. We don't put water in our gas tanks and gas in our oil pans because they don't go there. why is this not the same logic and reason used and applied to the human body??!!?? Whole foods, make whole bodies. We are indeed what we eat, so it would seem we are eating those consequences and then passing the behavior to the children!! Random??!!??

The Mind is where it all begins and yet we still some how don’t understand just how powerful it is and we are!

Before anything becomes physical it exist in the mental. Physical manifestation isn’t some super natural power or super secret ability that only some can use. We all use it everyday!

Before an action reaches the physical it is first a thought or an idea. That thought or idea is then pulled into physical reality through the power of intention and action.

[You decide to make a fruit smoothie for lunch one day.That thought then becomes of what fruit you want to put in that smoothie and what it would possibly taste like. You can go through the entire process in your mind before ever actually making the smoothie. This is the power of the mind! I do it all the time, as a chef I often execute entire recipes from beginning to end all in my mind over and over again. This process often results in being able to perfectly execute a new recipe for the first time or make an old one better the next time. The process is further developed by actual experience, meaning if you’ve never cooked before, can’t control the fire of the stove or the oven, don’t understand cooking techniques and when to use them, or how to properly scale and measure ingredients, then the outcome won’t match the thought. Intention met with action are key to physical manifestation but so is life experience! The more experience you have the more powerful it becomes!

So once you made that smoothie over and over again in your mind, you find your way into your kitchen and don’t even realize how fluidly you move as you execute the creation of your lunch like you’ve done it multiple times over. This is the power of the mind!]
